مجموعة الجزيرة تستحوذ على خمسة فروع من أسواق المنتزه وقّعت مجموعة الجزيرة اليوم، الخميس الموافق 1 أكتوبر 2026، اتفاقية للاستحواذ على خمسة فروع تابعة لـ أسواق المنتزه، تشمل فروع البسيتين، الحورة، الكازينو، قلالي والمحرق. وجرى توقيع الاتفاقية من جانب مجموعة الجزيرة، الأستاذ عبدالحسين ديواني، ومن جانب مجموعة المير، كل من الأستاذ عبدالله عبدالعزيز المير، والأستاذ فكري محمد أبو شرخ، والأستاذ جاسم عبدالعال. وشهد مراسم توقيع الاتفاقية حضور كل من الأستاذ عبدالحميد ديواني، والسيد أوجال مكرجي، والسيدة نجاة الغزال. وتأتي هذه الاتفاقية في إطار استراتيجية مجموعة الجزيرة الرامية إلى مواصلة التوسع وتعزيز حضورها في قطاع التجزئة في مملكة البحرين، من خلال توسيع شبكة فروعها والوصول إلى شريحة أكبر من العملاء، إلى جانب تعزيز خدماتها وتوفير تجربة تسوق متكاملة تلبي احتياجات المجتمع المحلي. ويمثل الاستحواذ خطوة جديدة ضمن مسيرة نمو مجموعة الجزيرة، ويعكس التزامها بمواصلة الاستثمار في قطاع التجزئة وتطوير حضورها في مختلف مناطق مملكة البحرين. Al Jazira Group Acquires Five Branches of Al Muntaza Markets Al Jazira Group today, Thursday, 1 October 2026, signed an agreement to acquire five branches of Al Muntaza Markets, comprising the branches in Busaiteen, Hoora, Casino, Galali, and Muharraq. The agreement was signed on behalf of Al Jazira Group by Mr. Abdulhussain Dawani, while representing Al Meer Group were Mr. Abdullah Abdulaziz Al Meer, Mr. Fikri Mohammed Abu Shurkh, and Mr. Jassim Abdulla. The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Abdul Hameed Dawani, Mr. Ujjal Mukherjee, and Ms. Najat Al Ghazal. The agreement forms part of Al Jazira Group’s strategy to continue expanding and strengthening its presence in Bahrain’s retail sector by expanding its branch network and reaching a wider customer base, while enhancing its services and providing an integrated shopping experience that meets the needs of the local community.
