Store Closing

It’s with a heavy heart and mixed emotions that I share the news—our current branch in Kateh Murooj will be closing its doors. This place holds so many memories, challenges, and proud achievements. Three years ago I have joined the team as a Training Manager, in charge of 30 Staff members from different cultures and backgrounds, which was a massive challenge for me back then. Leading and training my team here was no easy task. It came with challenges, long hours, high expectations, and the constant push to improve. From day one, we worked hard to build something special here. Together with my team, we improved operations, strengthened customer service, and created a space our guests loved and returned to. It just felt like home! But it also came with moments of pride. Watching staff grow in skill and confidence, turning challenges into wins, and transforming a location into a place we were by all meaning, proud of. It’s frustrating to see it go, especially after all the time, energy, and heart we poured into it. But at the same time, this is not the end, it’s a new beginning. Today, I am proud to say that I became a Brand Manager, leading 170 dedicated staff members, for 3 different brands, which has been both a challenge and a privilege for me. While the closure brings frustration, we now look forward to a new beginning, relocating and opening a new branch. It’s more than just a change of location, it’s a fresh start with the same passion, stronger experience, and an even more united team!
