Noura Center project will extend over 180,000 sq.m., includes a leasable area of 87,000 sq.m. and a parking lot for 2400 vehicles. The design of the center is both modern and simple, offering a comfortable shopping experience that brings together the interior environment of the center and the exterior surrounding it, which will include a hotel, as well as several restaurants and shops gathered over green expanses. Noura Center is uniquely situated close to Princess Nora Bint Abdulrahman University and King Khalid International Airport, which will make it the number one choice for visitors coming to Riyadh and those departing from it.
