MK Logistics is a Joint venture company between AMG (Almajdouie Group) of KSA and AKG (AlKazemi Group) of Kuwait. AMG is an asset based Co., recognized as one of the Largest companies in GCC, established since 1965 and AKG established since 1953 as a shipping agent, later diversified their business & currently one of the leading shipping & logistics companies in Kuwait. With a motive to capitalize strengths of both companies & to explore further business opportunities in the region JV was established under the official name of Almajdouie & AlKazemi Cargo Transport Co., WLL since 2010. Thereby MK Logistics executed several projects together, which includes Sabiya Power Plant, Clean Fuel Project of KNPC & others. Having a full fledge set up of latest equipment, skilled manpower, global network & the local influence, MK Logistics would like to capture opportunities through the strengths of both companies & build a strong business base here in Kuwait which not only be focusing the local market but to be one of the coordination hub in building a GCC supply chain network & further to cover the MENA region is the prime motive.
