Copper was thought up on the beach by a couple of guys who, amongst other things, enjoy urban living, nourishing food and a good cup of coffee. We appreciate hip bikes, cool apparel and custom stuff! And realize that in order to make Copper awesome, we need a bunch of cool guys to run it for us! Our food is artisanal, meaning it is freshly prepared and made with a lot of effort; “we give a damn”. If we can’t make it ourselves, we find the right guys who can. Our portions are realistic – not greedy Our method simplistic, but complicated by the genius of our kitchen gurus Our Service is quick and Our prices down to earth.
