At Skinny Cloud, slow-churned ice cream is made out of organic skimmed milk, agave nectar, probiotics, and other natural ingredients! A ‘cloud maker’ is used in which a base flavor and mix-ins are mixed and extruded together and turned into a customized soft textured product. Readily mixed unique flavors such as Dally’s chocolate pudding are served in low fat and gluten free shells, pressed between wafers for a Skinnywich, or scooped in a cup. Customers can customize their Skinny Cloud with different sauces and toppings.
