The project is strategically located at the corner of the new Sabah Al Salem investment block. The project consists of three restaurant buildings with ~1,400 square meters leasable area each. The project is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by mid of 2016. Final rental prices have not been set as of yet but they will be between KWD 18 to KWD 20 a square meter without key money. The operator is looking to lease each building to one tenant. Tenants have the freedom to divide the buildings into several concepts.
