The Promenade Mall and Abdullah Alothman Tower combined make up the new upcoming mixed used development overlooking the Third Ring Road. The project covers a land area of 10,400 square meters with a buildup area of 78,900 square meters. The total value of the project is 65 million KWD (KWD 21 million development cost and KWD 44 million land purchase cost). The Public Authority developed the project, which is responsible for managing one third of the late Abdullah Abullatef Alothman inheritance.
