Allo Beirut
Opening at City Center Doha Mall
New Store Opening
𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗼 𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗿𝘂𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝟭𝟯𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝗖𝗖 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝗲, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻 #𝗤𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗿, 𝗮𝘁 City Center Doha The number that jumps out isn't 13, it's the fact this is the 𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗚𝗖𝗖 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 they hadn't entered yet. UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Oman were already checked off, and now Qatar closes the loop. That's actually a bigger deal than it sounds. A lot of regional F&B concepts get stuck expanding within one or two markets and never really crack all six. Doing it with a 𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘄𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗯𝗮𝗻𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁, rather than a global franchise with deep pockets, says something about how mature regional F&B scaling has gotten in the Gulf lately. Also worth noting, this is an Apparel Group play. They've been diversifying heavily into F&B over the past couple of years moving beyond fashion and footwear and Allo Beirut fits that portfolio pattern perfectly. 𝗖𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗼𝗵𝗮 as the entry point makes total sense too, as it remains one of the premier destinations for brands testing the Qatari market. The real question now isn't whether Allo Beirut can establish a store in Qatar — that part's done. It's whether one store is a toe in the water or the start of a 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗤𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘂𝘁. Worth watching over the next year.
