The Grey is a wholly owned subsidiary of, Souk Salmiya Real Estate Company. The complex is located, just off road 278 on the seaside of phase A1 in the Sea City. The Sea City is Kuwait’s first mega-project that has re-contoured the country’s southern coastline with a new city mass. The Discovery Channel documentary on the Sabah Al Ahmad Sea City, has described the city as one of the largest man-made artificial cities in the world. The 2-floor, 4,000 square meter complex, was developed with a fresh, sharp feel that emanates from the shopping arcade with its bright lights, modern edges, and contemporary design. The Restaurants, Cafe, Beauty Centers, Convenience store, Fashion, and Sports accessories shops are located on the Ground Floor. COZMO, the Indoor entertainment center is located on the Mezzanine Floor. The entertainment center offers bowling alleys, pool tables and a variety of computer gaming stations.
