افتتاح مجمع «دلمونيا» نهاية 2019 بكلفة 52 مليون دينار

كشف الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة مجمع دلمونيا الشيخ محمد بن دعيج آل خليفة «أن الشركة في طور إنجاز الأعمال النهائية لمشروع المول التجاري وسط جزيرة دلمونيا الواقعة في الشمال الشرقي لساحل جزيرة المحرق، والمتوقع افتتاحه في نهاية العام الجاري». وقال الشيخ محمد بن دعيج في تصريحات للصحافيين: «تبلغ الكلفة الإجمالية للمشروع 52 مليون دينار، وينفذ المشروع على أرض مساحتها الإجمالية نحو 125 ألف متر مربع في وسط جزيرة دلمونيا». وشركة مجمع دلمونيا للتطوير التي تأسست في منتصف العام 2014، مملوكة لـ3 شركات بحرينية من القطاع الخاص، هي شركة العقارات الجنوبية بنسبة 94.8%، وشركة مجمع البحرين للأسواق الحرة بنسبة 4.2% وشركة النخيل للعقارات بنسبة 1%. وأكد «أن الشركة ملتزمة بإنجاز المشروع منذ البدء في تطويره في منتصف أبريل 2017، إذ تستغرق فترة البناء 30 شهرًا، على أن يتم افتتاح المشروع في نهاية 2019». ولفت إلى «أن الشركة في طور أعمال التشطيبات الأساسية للمشروع من تركيب الواجهات الزجاجية للمجمع»، لافتًا إلى «أنه تم الانتهاء من تركيب حوض أسماك اسطواني الشكل على ارتفاع يمتد لـ16 مترًا، يمكن لزوار المجمع مشاهدته من جميع الأدوار». ورأى الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة مجمع دلمونيا «أن المشروع يسهم بشكل كبير وفعّال في تعزيز السياحة والاستثمار، ويُعد وجهة للسياحية والعائلية في المملكة». وعن عدد الوظائف التي سيخلقها المشروع، قال الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة مجمع دلمونيا: «سيخلق المشروع نحو 3000 وظيفة في البحرين، من ضمنها أكثر من 1500 وظيفة ستكون متاحة من قبل تجار التجزئة، و1600 وظيفة سيكون لها صلة بإدارة المجمع، و85 وظيفة ستكون ذات علاقة بالجانب الترفيهي للمركز التجاري». وأكد «أن المشروع سيكون قادرًا على توفير الفرص الوظيفية لأكبر شريحة ممكنة من البحرينيين، والسعي لرفع الاقتصاد الوطني». وعن عدد المحلات التجارية في المشروع، قال الشيخ محمد بن دعيج: «المجمع يوفر مساحات تأجيرية تصل إلى 47300 متر مربع، تضم نحو 200 وحدة تأجيرية»، مضيفًا «يضم المجمع عدة علامات (ماركات) جديدة في سوق البحرين». وبشأن المرافق الترفيهية في المجمع، قال الشيخ محمد بن دعيج: «يضم المجمع العديد من المرافق الترفيهية التي ستتولى إدارتها إحدى الشركات التابعة (Funscape) للترفيه، والتي تقوم بتطوير أربعة مراكز ترفيهية في أرجاء المجمع. وسيشمل المجمع أيضًا حوضًا مائيًا اسطوانيًا عاليًا من 3 طوابق سيكون الأول من نوعه في مملكة البحرين». وتابع «بالإضافة إلى شرفة مفتوحة للزوار للاستمتاع بالمناظر الخلابة للقناة المحيطة بالمجمع الذي يقع في أعلى نقطة في الجزيرة. كما سيضم المجمع أيضًا أكبر ردهة مفتوحة في البحرين إذ يمكن استخدامه لإقامة المناسبات». يُشار إلى أن شركة مجمع دلمونيا المطورة للمجمع، عيّنت في مطلع 2017 شركة «سيباركو» (Cyprus Cybarco Tabet) مقاولاً رئيسًا للمشروع، فيما تولّت التصاميم الهندسية شركة «دي بي» السنغافورية (DP Architects) التي صمّمت مشروع دبي مول.

Mall of Dilmunia Development Announced

A key press conference on April 23 2017 at the Capital Club Bahrain witnessed the announcement of Bahrain’s first ever unique family-centric mall concept, Mall of Dilmunia. The press conference was led by three key speakers – Shaikh Khalid Bin Mohamed Al-Khalifa, Chairman Dilmunia Mall Development Company B.S.C.(c); Mr. Mohammed Khalil Al Sayed, CEO Ithmaar Development Company; Shaikh Mohammed Bin Duaij Al-Khalifa, CEO Dilmunia Mall Development Company B.S.C.(c). The Mall of Dilmunia is a unique mall concept located in the heart of Dilmunia Island, within the Muharraq Governorate. It is the first of its kind in the Kingdom of Bahrain and it is believed that it will be a destination travelers will destine. The total built up area (with a spacious underground Car Park) is 125,000 and a Gross Leasable Area is 47,300 sqm and has received interest from retailers and renowned F&B outlets across the MENA region. It is a balanced representation of modernistic and futuristic architecture, and promotes an exciting family oriented ambience within it. The mall promises to include a variety of retailers that are yet to enter the Bahraini market and to develop a quality entertainment, leisure and retail destination, which adds value to the mall’s tenants and guests.
