افتتاح سلسلة مقاهي ستاربكس في مجمع البلكون بالسيف

أعلن مجمع البلكون التجاري في السيف عن افتتاح فرع لسلسة مقاهي ستاربكس في المجمع الذي يقع مباشرة مقابل مجمع سيتي سنتر البحرين. وكانت شركة البحرين الأولى للتطوير العقاري صاحبة المجمع التجاري أعلنت عن افتتاح المحلات التجارية فيه، يتصدرها مقهى ستاربكس الذي يتميز بمسار خاص للسيارات. وقال الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة البحرين الأولى للتطوير العقاري السيد عمر التميمي إن الشركة حرصت على تلبية رغبات مرتادي المنطقة من الموظفين والعائلات والزوار، وسيكون ستاربكس إضافة مميزة في المنطقة التي تشهد نشاطاً قوياً خصوصاً خلال فترة التحاق الموظفين صباحاً بأعمالهم ومكاتبهم منطقة السيف. ولفت إلى أن مقهى ستاربكس سيكون مفتوحاً طوال 24 ساعة طوال أيام الأسبوع. وعن نسب إشغال المجمع، أكد التميمي أن تأجير المجمع يسير وفق الخطط الموضوعة له، مشيراً إلى أنه وبحسب المفاوضات التي تجريها إدارة المجمع فإن نسبة الإشغال ستزيد على 70%. وبالنسبة للوضع الراهن وقرار الحكومة بإغلاق أماكن الجلوس الداخلية للمطاعم، أشار السيد التميمي إلى أن مجمع البلكون يوفر أماكن جلوس خارجية لكل الوحدات مما سيساعد المطاعم على مواصلة تقديم خدماتها. ويتميز المجمع بتصميم خارجي فريد يتناسب مع الثقافة المحلية، إلى جانب مرافق وتجهيزات رائعة حيث توجد أماكن جلوس خارجية مطلة على الحديقة الداخلية المظللة، مما يجعلها بيئة ممتعة لمختلف الأفراد والعائلات للجلوس والاسترخاء والاستمتاع بالوقت. ومما يجدر ذكره أن ركة «البحرين الأولى» هي شركة مساهمة كويتية مقفلة متخصصة في الاستثمار العقاري في مملكة البحرين، وقد نفذّت الشركة عدة مشاريع المملكة، من بينها: مشروع مستودعات مجال. وهو مرفق صناعي متنوع الاستخدام ومصمم لدعم الشركات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الحجم ويقع في مرسى البحرين للاستثمار BIW في مدينة سلمان الصناعية، ومجمع المركادو التجاري في منطقة الجنبية، وقرية المركادو في المنطقة نفسها.

Diyar Al Muharraq Lays Foundation for Souq Al Baraha

Diyar Al Muharraq, one of the largest real estate developers in the Kingdom of Bahrain, has announced commencing in the laying of foundation for the Souq Al Baraha project, located in the heart of the city, amongst the residential communities. All the necessary preparations to begin work on Souq Al Baraha have been completed, and Almoayyed Contracting Group has been appointed to complete the entire project and officially launch the project to the public by the end of the first quarter of 2021.
