Al Hayat shopping centre is developed by Etihad Al-Khaleej Real Estate Company BSC (closed). Etihad is the joint venture arm of Remza Investment Company (Bahrain), Business Trading Company (Qatar) and Al-Marzooq Group (Bahrain). The Partners are leaders in upscale retail and commercial real estate development.
