Positioned on a prime location in the Al Khalidiya corniche district of Abu Dhabi, United Square is a mixed-use development that combines prestigious residences, integrated office spaces, a trendy boutique retail zone and recreational areas. As its name suggests, United Square brings people together. An urban nucleus, residents can comfortably live, work, shop and play here. The revitalisation of the Corniche Special District includes United Square. The development will be an active and an integral part of the urban fabric. The eye-catching curvilinear shape of its three integrated towers stands out on the city streets in the direction of the sea. Epitomising the graceful fluidity of that nearby water, the design aesthetic of United Square is taken from natural resources and a progressive environmental attitude. The project prioritises the renewable and locally produced materials, which remain in line with ICT’s philosophy of sustainable development. United Square will comprise three towers of 20 floors each. Those will include: - Grade A Office Spaces (81 m) - Residential Towers (68 m) - Retail (95 m) The development also includes a shopping mall, basement car parking, as well as state of the art gym, sauna and swimming pool facilities for healthy, relaxed living.
