Asala Holding Company is a Saudi privately held limited liability company that specializes in the ownership, development and management of shopping centers, and commercial properties. Asala currently manages 9 operating shopping malls with a total of 536,000 square meters of gross leasable area (GLA). All the malls are operated and managed by the company’s subsidiary-Hamat Property Company. Some of the company’s major accomplishments include Panorama mall (Riyadh), Hayat mall (Riyadh), and Andalus mall (Jeddah).
