Muhannad Al-Sane concurrently holding office as Founder, Chairman and Managing Director for several Kuwaiti Joint Stock Companies, Muhannad is responsible for driving the business strategy and operations of the organization and opportunities and has14+ years of proven track record of building sustainable businesses and long term shareholder value, providing strategic business and financial direction, leading strategy development, strategic alliances, planning process, business capture, project management, business governance and establishment of companies. He has been recognized for his dynamism, outstanding brilliance and invaluable contribution to E-Commerce and has been bestowed with the prestigious Kuwait E-Award, sponsored by the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (“KFAS”) under the patronage of his highness, Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah, the Amir of Kuwait, for his achievement in developing almowazi.com project - an online investment opportunity in unlisted shares by trading of shares of unlisted companies. Muhannad Al-Sane has a vast experience in Islamic finance, investment banking, financial services, and establishment of companies. He is valued for his understanding of the economy and the stock-market and his views on the market trend as well as investment strategies. He holds multiple positions and plays a significant role in setting up several K.S.C.C companies, currently heads as the Managing Partner of almowazi.com, Chairman & CEO of Al-Riyada Finance & Investment Company, Vice Chairman & CEO of Al-Reef Real-Estate Company, Secretary General - Board Member in Kuwait Economic Society and Board Member in Al-Oula Slaughterhouses Company. Muhannad Al-Sane founded Al-Riyada Finance & Investment Company in July 2008, and focused on contributing to the development of the Kuwait by facilitating the development of various real estate projects that meet the local and regional market needs. Through his experience in a variety of operating roles, he has built a reputation in the global commercial investment group, for his exceptional ability to build and grow new business offerings and nurture long-term relationships. He has also been at the helm of strategic transitions at Al-Riyada Finance & Investment Company along with private investment opportunities in the real estate and financial services sectors to maximize returns and shareholder profit.
