New CEO Appointment
A new chapter begins for City Hypermarket. We are proud to announce the promotion of Nasser Alghanim from Deputy CEO to Chief Executive Officer of City Hypermarket - a milestone that reflects more than a decade of dedication, leadership, and transformation within the organization. Since joining the company as Business Development Manager, Nasser has played a pivotal role in shaping the evolution of the brand - from the successful transformation of City Center into City Hypermarket, to the launch of the company’s digital platform, the enhancement of the in-store customer experience, the expansion of multiple new stores across Kuwait, and the brand’s regional expansion into Qatar. His leadership has helped reinforce City Hypermarket’s commitment to delivering “Value, all the time,” while driving innovation, operational excellence, and customer-centric growth across every touchpoint of the business. As City Hypermarket continues to expand its regional presence, the company is also preparing to launch a revamped digital app and an enhanced loyalty program designed to deliver a more seamless, personalized, and rewarding customer experience.
