"المراكز العربية" تدشن عدداً من العلامات التجارية التي تديرها "مجموعة الشايع الدولية" داخل المراكز التجارية التابعة لها على 3 مراحل
أعلنت شركة المراكز العربية تدشين عدد من العلامات التجارية التي تديرها مجموعة الشايع الدولية داخل المراكز التجارية التابعة لها. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان لها على "تداول"، أن التدشين سيتم على ثلاثة مراحل كالآتي: المرحلة الأولى: تدشين سلسلة مقاهي "ستاربكس" داخل عدد من مراكز الشركة، حيث سيكون افتتاح أول فروعه في يوم الخميس 15 يوليو 2021 بمركز النخيل مول بالرياض، كما ستشهد هذه المرحلة أيضاً احتضان مجموعة من العلامات الأخرى مثل علامة "جو مالون" المتخصصة في العطور الحصرية والشموع المعطرة، وعلامة "ماك" الرائدة في مستحضرات التجميل، ومن المخطط اكتمال افتتاحات المرحلة الأولى خلال شهر سبتمبر من العام الحالي. المرحلة الثانية: من المقرر تنفيذها خلال فترة الـ12 شهراً القادمة، وستشهد المجموعة الثانية من افتتاحات العلامات التجارية المذكورة بالمرحلة الأولى أعلاه، إضافة لتدشين علامة "باث آند بودي ووركس" الرائدة في منتجات العطور المنزلية والشموع والهدايا ومنتجات الاستحمام والعناية بالبشرة. المرحلة الثالثة: من المقرر تنفيذها خلال فترة الـ24 شهراً القادمة، وستشهد إطلاق باقة من العلامات البارزة لدى المجموعة مثل "اتش آند ام"، "أمريكان إيجل"، "ويست إلم" و"فيكتوريا سيكريت" وغيرها. وتوقعت أن تسهم هذه الإضافات المثمرة في تعزيز باقة العروض التي تقدمها الشركة في مجالي الأزياء والأغذية والمشروبات، كما ستثمر عن ترسيخ المكانة الرائدة للمراكز التجارية التابعة لها باعتبارها الوجهة المفضلة للزوار، وكذلك لأصحاب العلامات التجارية العالمية ممن يرغبون في التوسع بأعمالهم في سوق تجارة التجزئة بالمملكة الذي يتسم بسرعة النمو. وقال فيصل الجديعي، الرئيس التنفيذي لـ"المراكز العربية"، إنه يتوقع أن تصل مجموعة الشايع لقائمة أكبر خمسة مستأجرين من حيث نسبة الإشغال لإجمالي المساحات القابلة للتأجير بمحفظة المراكز التجارية التابعة للشركة خلال السنوات الأربع القادمة. وأضاف أن المردود الإيجابي لهذه الخطوة سينعكس على زوار مراكز الشركة التجارية، حيث ستثمر عن تزويدهم بتشكيلة من أرقى العلامات التجارية العالمية في مجال تجارة التجزئة داخل وجهات التسوق المفضلة لهم. كما أنها ستنعكس أيضًا على عملاء الشركة من المستأجرين -على حد سواء- وذلك نتيجة الزيادة المتوقعة في أعداد الزوار. وذكر أن هذه الخطوة ستساهم على المدى الطويل في ترسيخ نموذج أعمال الشركة القائم على تطوير وجهات التسوق المرموقة وفق أفضل أنماط ومفاهيم الحياة العصرية.
