Saudi Real Estate Company Al Akaria is a Saudi joint stock company which was established in 1976. Majority of its shares is owned by the Public Investment Fund. The company’s services include real estate development, land investment, infrastructure, and contracting and property and facility management. Some of its major projects are Olaya Oasis - a residential oasis located in the heart of Riyadh which features an urban lifestyle amenities and Al Dhahia - a residential community with 557 villas with 20,000 sqm park, gym, jogging track, and multi-use playcourts. In addition, Saudi Real Estate Company won the contract to construct the Al Widyan mega project which will become a mixed used development city and leisure destination covering an area of 7 million sqm.
