This project highlights the critical role of 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 & 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 (𝗥𝗗𝗗) in turning design requirements into a fully operational retail environment. The project also demonstrates the importance of cross-functional collaboration. Close coordination between 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗙𝗠, 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗥𝗗𝗗 is essential to ensure that design requirements, technical standards, and delivery milestones remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle. Retail projects rarely come without challenges. What matters is how teams respond to those challenges, maintain alignment, solve issues efficiently, and continue moving the project forward without compromising on quality standards. The opening of 𝗠𝗔𝗫 at 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗸𝗵𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗹 in Abu Dhabi is therefore more than just a new store opening.
