Opening
The first Little Caesars outlet opened in 1959 in Detroit Michigan. The brand grew to become the third largest pizza chain the US in terms of outlets. According to Nation’s Restaurant News (NRN) “Little Caesars ranks 19th in 2012 — up three spots from 22nd a year ago — among the NRN Top 100 food-service chains with estimated U.S. sales of $2.9 billion in 2012. Its U.S. sales rose 12% last year and 15% in 2011”.
